Pemberian bonus merupakan sebuah bentuk penghargaan kepada karyawan yang kinerjanya dapat mempuaskan bagi pemilik toko Gumilang. Toko Gumilang menjual pakaian dan berlokasi di Prambatan Lor. juga meningkatkan semangat sehingga menambah kinerja karyawan. Bonus diberikan mempunyai baik, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) supaya sesuai dengan kriteria dikehendaki mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem ini dibuat bisa menentukan pemberian Metode akan digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). SAW salah satu metode untuk mengambil Dalam pembuatan menggunakan pengembangan waterfall bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian membantu penilaian perhitungan sudah ditentukan - kriteria. memberikan secara transparan diterima
